In a simple word, Gain Credit a good place to work as company has good work culture. It is a employee centric company as it takes feedback from employees and implement them. Managers are also very friendly. Most of the time we get appreciation for our work. Work life balance is good. I feel blessed to be a part of this complany. There is nothing as such I dislike about the organisation. Just a feedback - If possible, we should have team outings every 6 month or annually. Since we are working remotely at present and if team outings are not feasible, then an employee should be gifted a travel ticket or a complementary stay in the name of rewarding and better mental health. Gain Credit is a good place to work. Different teams work differently. As a company work culture is fantastic. Company strives to be sustainable in engineering. Company takes feedback from employees and values them. Most TLs are nice leaders. Managers are understanding people. Most of your work gets appreciated.

Different teams work differently. Some are under stress and some work freely. Team goals are like that. Great learning experience. Sometimes it feels left out especially in working remote. Most other teammates know each other well and there is some gap. Onboarding is not smooth.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworkers. It's a friendly atmosphere, I was motivated / got support at all the stages.. feel like 100% job secured. The work culture and the people are the best part. The work-life balance is great and people here make sure that an employee is well rested and that helps in productivity. The work timings are flexible which also help is time management for other aspects of life.

Dislikes

The salary/compensation part is good but the appraisal not as much as compared to the work load. Growth is a bit slow, however, the work I do here is recognized and appreciated.
