Plenty of politics right from the top to the bottom of the food chain which is clearly visible with partiality and favouritism. Frequent team changes, poor hiring, 3 months notice period with buyout on gross CTC and not basic. Induction happens with lot of people on a zoom link and people keep asking questions a week after the induction.
