Not only did the company grant me the time I needed to recover, but my area manager, Ram Netikar, went above and beyond in ways I never could have anticipated. Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Mr. Ram's actions have set a new standard for what it means to be a leader and a great Manager. Giva Jewellery is a good brand. But the people running it are wrong. No one listens to the staff. All the people are fake. Area manager Umashankar Yadav in giva does not help the staff. He is a very bad area manager. He thinks he is the owner of the company.

Hyderabad management worst Initial days was good now it's a toxic environment to work. No equality, no job security, no fair chance to grow in the company, very baised, nothing to learn new.... no way it will help to grow in your career.... they see ppl in customer support very cheaply ..... rude behaviour from the higher level position department. Very target-based and hard work - sometimes push from the management to work hard, but overall lots of opportunities to learn. Good atmosphere overall!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to join GIVA because of the below mentioned reasons: 1) GIVA probably has few of the worst HR professionals in the department, especially the current assistant manager. These people lack the basic civil sense that makes you wonder how they even got accepted into the firm or maybe the company is ok with lowstandards. 2) No work life balance. You will be expected to work saturdays too but wont be receiving any extra compensation it. 3) Low pay 3) On top of all this the company is very strict on attendance logging that you will face paycuts if you miss to login....Read More
