I am working here from over an year I don't why people writing unnecessary negative reviews on company and their policy, and rubbish about cluster manager ,or area manager, I feel proud to say over my all experience hyderabad region is one best to work under leadership like ram sir but to work under him u need to understand the wayhe thinks, company is also one of best compared to other companies, out of my overall 10 years of Experience I would definitely recommend anyone who is genuine and honest in work as company has a thought of taking us forward by holding our hands till end...Read More

Giva Jewellery is a good brand. But the people running it are wrong. No one listens to the staff. All the people are fake. Area manager Umashankar Yadav in giva does not help the staff. He is a very bad area manager. He thinks he is the owner of the company.

Hyderabad management worst Initial days was good now it's a toxic environment to work. No equality, no job security, no fair chance to grow in the company, very baised, nothing to learn new.... no way it will help to grow in your career.... they see ppl in customer support very cheaply ..... rude behaviour from the higher level position department. I didn't like anything in this giva , it has many scam people like area manager (ram netikar)and store manager from punjagutta location ( naveen) they don't posses any professionalism in them they don't have ethics.

The area manager( ram netikar) simply select you during the interview after working for days they change the location which is very odd for female employees. He don't posses any professionalism in him, he speake very brutally. If we have issues with location simply he asks to drop the offer. If your are genuinely looking for job in sales don't join this giva. It has lot of scam people.

Very target-based and hard work - sometimes push from the management to work hard, but overall lots of opportunities to learn. Good atmosphere overall!
