Company is good trying hard to bring good work culture but failed to do that in some parts

The Hyderabad management is worse. People Target someone and make Their life hell and the store manager has no value at all Area Manager himself is involved in all the back bitchin and gossiping along with the sale's staff which leads to disrespect of SM by sales staff and no one will even try to understand your side of story when an SM and AM have a issue Regional manager doesn't even try to have a word and resolve the issue. He blindly believe AM rather then atleast try to understand what's happening and the basic requirement of SOH is not provided which is not at all validate because as we are on floor and handling the stock the most it's must require for us to know what and qty stock we have at our store level .. most of the time you have to work 12-14 hours shift If you want your personal life and self-respect I would suggest you not to join this organisation in Hyderabad...Read More

Hyderabad management worst Initial days was good now it's a toxic environment to work. I didn't like anything in this giva , it has many scam people like area manager (ram netikar)and store manager from punjagutta location ( naveen) they don't posses any professionalism in them they don't have ethics.

Dislikes

The area manager( ram netikar) simply select you during the interview after working for days they change the location which is very odd for female employees. He don't posses any professionalism in him, he speake very brutally. If we have issues with location simply he asks to drop the offer. If your are genuinely looking for job in sales don't join this giva. It has lot of scam people.
