No proper increment, no proper feedback, long work hours. they contact you on your personal number in the late nights and off days. Senior management in the team does not help or guide, if you come here you are stuck, you will find no time to switch. unhygenic washrooms, no cafeteria, I relocated to bangalore and I need to order or go out everyday for food.

Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Giva Jewellery is a good brand. But the people running it are wrong. No one listens to the staff. All the people are fake. Area manager Umashankar Yadav in giva does not help the staff. He is a very bad area manager. He thinks he is the owner of the company.

Hyderabad management worst Initial days was good now it's a toxic environment to work. No equality, no job security, no fair chance to grow in the company, very baised, nothing to learn new.... no way it will help to grow in your career.... they see ppl in customer support very cheaply ..... rude behaviour from the higher level position department. I didn't like anything in this giva , it has many scam people like area manager (ram netikar)and store manager from punjagutta location ( naveen) they don't posses any professionalism in them they don't have ethics.

The area manager( ram netikar) simply select you during the interview after working for days they change the location which is very odd for female employees. He don't posses any professionalism in him, he speake very brutally. If we have issues with location simply he asks to drop the offer. If your are genuinely looking for job in sales don't join this giva. It has lot of scam people.
