Useless place to work at as too much of politics since people working at managerial level are siting there for years with zero skills and have no sense of work or ethics

Politics and people at managerial level are knowledge less and have no clue what work they doing which makes your life hell in this office. This place is surviving on buttering and politics

I use to work in guidence of an good Super senior cum mentor under whom i also being in my training days, i never hesitate to share about any hurdles which came during work time with him because he is the one who not give me ways to solve that but also try hard to make everything can be done by myselve nd by which i gain more confidence, Job security is matter alot but as company view they try alot to manage everything in employees intrest in tough time but they have to take that descisons too which they also dnt want in this covid time for some.. There is always some Cons/Pro in every org but that not defame company.Till now i dnt have any reason to talk about this for my company as if i say anything that also an advantage for them to cumover in good sense..
