The work is fine, and there are no unrealistic and unreasonable expectations around work hours and availability. It's uncommon to receive work related emails or messages at night and if you do, it is most likely a mix up due to time difference. Everyone understands and respects each other during work hours and outside of work as well, ensuring a healthy work life balance.
