No business model, every day they figure out what can be done and it can be changed next moment. Too much politics. If you have good terms with HR then you are safe otherwise you can be fired anyday anytime and you will get other benefits as well like you don't need to punch in your attendance and you will get work from home etc. HRBP is busy in fooling indian employees as well as Chinese employees for his personal benefits....Read More

Too small yet too big. Have many verticals in a single office. When you join, you'll have a team outing. The pay is very good.

Startups should resound the vision but not fear. Overthere everybody is afraid of losing their job for silly reasons. Working hours are heavy and everybody is stressed including the managers. The managers know nothing technical, all are learning. Growth( in terms of salary but not career scaling) may be there but the opportunity cost is also there. Would have been better if they conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the employees about the problems.
