There is nothing to like here.Hectic work, micromanagement, you have put 10 hours at least excluding lunch time. Many times your hard work credits will be harvested by management's favourite pets.Most of the managers came from very small company with bad work culture, so they behave like ggk is utopia.Senior management has very stingy behaviour. Most of the 5 🌟 s are given here by freshers who joined the company as trainees and don't know industry standards.Morereover the company doesn't have reliable projects....Read More

You will be asked to do more apart from the project do some innovation and you will be burdened by project work and trainings. You will soon be fed up of listening this cliche every month. Some leads are great pretenders. Overall it's a bad company unless you don't have any offer and you are starving don't join this company.Compny follow no ethics while firing.There is no job security.

I am working as senior developer for more than an year.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
