If people joins in this company they should sacrifice their personal life because top management always expects people to work even in home and leave days also.

Dislikes

They never give time to understand the process and procedures.Also job profile will not be given clearly at the yime of interview. After joining they will push to work o previous years tax pending cases and documents for the pending cases.No proper system and documentation will not be available in finance.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
