-Good Technology Products. -Those who want to pursue career in metrology it's a good company to start with. -Management will not fire you unless you resign.

Dislikes

- Expenses take 2 months time to get clear. Lot of complex structure to enter expense data. - Many people will get involved in one project. As a result client gets confused to whom to communicate as a single point of contact.

Work Details

- Products are very challenging and competitive in the market so you have to keep yourself updated every time. - Being a sales person need to travel a lot for client meetings. - If performed well you will get awarded.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
