Dislikes

Company politics is too much. Senior won't teach you anything properly and if some mistakes happen instead of correcting and resolving it they make an issue out of that. The problem solving skills is bad in seniors. They play blame game way too much. It's too much mental torture for a very little salary.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
