Job security is the most good thing over here. Management ofcourse depends and varies from person to person. But the work environment is superb to work. And ofcourse it is helping a lot of youths to start their career which is a great achievement for the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is the only thing I think is the weakest part here. Or else the work environment is very safe and sound to work. Genpact needs to look after the compensation benefits provided to it's employees which can help the organization to achieve it's goals in a long run.

Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
