Working with genpact is totally a feel of government job, as they offer full job security. Perks and benefits are also outstanding. Environment within genpact is very healthy and all the management right from bottom to top are very helpful and supportive.

There is nothing within genpact which one could not like.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

Other than work, there and n number of trainings which will be help for career.

Dislikes

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

It's a good company. It's has may benefits and work-life balance was nice. I recommend Genpact to others as it is very good when it comes to salary appraisal. Overall it's a good company to work.

Dislikes

What I dislike is as a fresher i feeling like not joining it. For experience genpact is nice company to choose but for a fresher, I felt its not a right choice according to my opinion problems that I faced in Genpact as a fresher.

They can give you IJP any time n after 1 month if you will not get any another process they will kick you off. And during this IJP process no one will help you regarding anything.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)

Management is worst Manager and HR are torturing employees Managers are good for female employees but they will show you the hell if you are a male employee No food facilities, transportation facilities and other facilities also Coffee vending machines are full of cockroach and worms Senior management is totally worst. Genpacf is one of the best organization if anyone is new and want to learn new things with great people. Work life Balance is good here, even you can manage your personal life as well. You have a Job security in your mind always while working here ( No one going to force to leave the company).
