Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.

There is nothing you would like about about Genpact except the sakary package they offer.

Dislikes

1. Overloaded. 2. You are made to work even on Saturday and Sunday. More than 12 hours of working. Completely hectic. 3. Sacrifice personal life. 4. Frequent late night meetings with US clients. 4. Bonus completely depends on performance. 5. Even there is no proper place to eat. There is only small pantry where you have to wait for long time to get place to sit. Limited chairs. 6. Normally companies have facilities like you can skip the 3 months notice period by simply pay and go but here it is mandatory to attend notice period without having facility to pay....Read More

Work Details

Software based compilation that to each and every detail has to be reported to client from comma (,) to full stop (.). There is no growth in knowledge as it's more like copying pasting job. Even your existing knowledge is of no use.
