At starting of position like executive it's good company, also you get support but it depends at which site you are working

No management involves, i joined directly to the client Site, no induction or i even didn't get my medical Card yet, you have to take follow up every day for tiny things and no body responds, i don't no it's a company or ngo people working in admin team free of cost,they behave like government offices.
