Likes

It was very nice experience when i was working in Genisys. Team sprit was good. All are fresher. They were eager to learn new CMS like Drupal CMS. I was equipped the team and they did good co-operation for the same. I got good support from the management to execute the project successfully. Work environment was good.

The improvement areas are collaboration between two different team members. Equip the team with different technology by conducting the training.

Job was quite easy and no challenges at all.

Dislikes

-> No support to the employees from managers. -> Linguistic support which is demotivating. -> HR response to employee problems are poor. -> Politics -> No Hike and Work is boring. -> No Projects to work on.
