Good for those who foot licks upper management

India culture is really sad at Dell tech. Too much of racism , regionalism . They preac over ethics and compliance and force us to do the training every year but the fact is regionalism happens here so openly and HR are like of waste who are agents of upper management. Upper management itself is the main reason of this regionalisms

Management with no micromanaging, gives time and space to do your assigned tasks. Comfortable and satisfied workplace with decent pay standards. Your suggestions and opinions are well valued and transparent with the management.

Frequent layoffs and org restructuring is a matter of concern to job stability. If conditions are favourable, its really good for a long-term workplace :)

Absolutely nothing - it has become a toxic box fueled by services org managers who have changed the complete Dell culture into a toxic environment

Dislikes

The dynamic change of the culture led by toxic service company managers who are out to play favourites and are out to get revenge when feedback is provided to them. I personally am looking for a role change simply due to the toxic work life that has developed ever since these service org managers have been onboarded by dell.
