Great company to work for. Good work life balance. There are lots of opportunities to work on a wide range of applications and tech stacks. There are a wide range of teams and management styles. If you work hard you will be rewarded with better raises, bonuses and advancement opportunities. The benefits are good. Vacation is great -15 days at start, 20 days after just 2 years and 25 after 10. Plus 14-17 holidays each year including the whole week between Christmas and New years. Great 401k matching.
