Geltec is a good place for ladies, the support provided during the pregnancy and post maternity are impeccable. Individual contribution recognition

Dislikes

The change of stream within the department is not allowed. Work load is too high.

Work Details

Too much work load. Management is co-operative but again based on past performance and manager recognition

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
