Likes

Good working culture and working environment is not upto the mark. company policies are good. There is no worry about termination. Higher authorites are trying to escape... They is no training on regulatory updates. Most of the people's they don't know the current regulatory guidelines...

Appraisal and increament is not giving to desired people's.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no traini system. I learnt everything on the job and process. I got a chance to learn and handled different roles and implement good systems.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
