Most of the time you have to work 2 hour extra without pay. 2.No Proper facilities washroom is very dirty. 3.One of the assistant manager who don't have any knowledge about how to industry run.If you give him any suggestions regarding industrial terminology first he will go to the chat GPT ( that's the knowledge level of plant incharge).He thinks like zone leader is his Pvt property. He can call you at any time till night 11 o'clock sending msgs at night 2 o'clock. 4. Upper management is experience less they don't have behaviour how to talk with the employee. 5.
