1.No time management. Most of the time you have to work 2 hour extra without pay. 2.No Proper facilities washroom is very dirty. 3.One of the assistant manager who don't have any knowledge about how to industry run.If you give him any suggestions regarding industrial terminology first he will go to the chat GPT ( that's the knowledge level of plant incharge).He thinks like zone leader is his Pvt property. He can call you at any time till night 11 o'clock sending msgs at night 2 o'clock. 4. Upper management is experience less they don't have behaviour how to talk with the employee. 5. No job security any time they can call you and inform today is your last day. 6.I suggest to all freshers and 2-3 years experience guys Never join this industry.

Production planning control manager (PPC) he doesn't know anything in terms work he is just ruining company's name and cultural values by his unprofessional behaviour and language towards dedicated innocent employees is worst. 5). Every other day he will remind you that I'm the boss over here there's no one above me. 6). They will make you run all day

No work life balance. Long working shifts upto 16+ hours and no chairs provided. Dirty washrooms outside the building without proper locks. Any day can be your last day as the HR and PPC have whacking firing skills. Working under PPC's leadership often feels more like living under dictatorship than participating in a collaborative and organized workspace environment.

Production department is good supportive manager and staff. Good learning opportunities for freshers

Management and is worst they don't care about their employees. Any day can be your last day. They are looking for loyal employee who has served there notice period in privious company but when it comes to them, they will fire you in your notice period by saying early reliving just because company don't have any work load rules can be change any time. 90 days notice period
