No knowledgeable manager. Focus on quantity and not quality, hell lot of micromanagement, no job security as they lay-off anyone anytime. The company basically runs bcz of interns and any full time employee having a decent salary is in danger of layoff. 6 mom the sofa probation period and minimum 45 Days of notice period. Toxic work culture.
