coding knowledge & process are more in numbers then any other ferms Also target is high as compare to other ferms so u get hand on it , n so becoz of that after job change u can achive good qulity n guantity in your work

I joined gebbs as a fresher with a less salary and later after 6 months they increased some what salary and after appraisal they increased the lpa, and converted that Into PF terms and later coming about the admins and the management was worst at its peak never heard some where that this would be that much bad no appraisals no growth no IJP and major thing was salary deduction this was the worst part of my entire health care carrier 🙏...Read More

I dont like working at gebbs vecause department is worse they dont resolve the issues of employees about getting there salary deducted every other time they ask to stretch us the shift time but dont provide us overtime money and as employees we cannot take paid leave which is left in our bucket for that also they need explanation.

Same salary issue is going in gebbs health care and i think fmc process is not going. To continue after december of 2023 so please dont join GEBBs

No help from hr for any queries they just work from tl side no help for employees ,worst management , the organisation is like people who wants a wfh for family holiday or for festival holiday the management is giving wfh but the person who want a wfh bcz of medical issue the management r giving just a reasons for not giving wfh , no job securities no policy follows here it's just there own policies r there which the management follows.
