I am a electrical tester in GE, the culture of GE very good , the management of GE and security also very strong, the more opportunity is abaliable in GE for career growth

Sometimes due to sudden change of management such like shift schedule due to employees having this is very painful situation , and the salary increment of employee is very slow

My job is quite interesting , I am a testing engineering at starting I am faced more challenges but I am learn also some new things in that challenges and now I am confidently doing my work and also learn new concepts so in this way growth omy knowledge
