Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Age discrimination during the hiring process is rife in India, so design your responses to kill the prejudice. In the Army, as a Company Commander, my superiors were junior in age to me and I still respected them in the same way I would any senior ranked officer. There is absolutely no difference in the corporate world to me. After achieving the pinnacle of professional journey, restarting the journey at a junior level is par for the course. Retirement can be extended to the age of 70. Take the heat out of the fire and the opportunity is your's. 🙏
