First of all point no:1 : Safety culture was good. 2: Little bit engineering supporting good. 3. Company providing Laptop, Mobile.

1. In GE organization difficult get promotion & growth also zero. 2. Over all total 9 years 3 month I was worked in GE FST level & GE management not give any promotion & last three year increment also not good & Employees through taking expected output activity but GE management not giving any next level (Example I'd like take my name). 3. I was worked under two CSM hand but both are not supporting good manner. Last three I asked diff location but CSM response is very poor. 4. GE company is good but CSM Manager not good. They are giving other sites FST there performance also very wrest and attitude not good and there giving employees sleeping on the turbines & Spare parts also damaged and those are concern reported but no one take action. That is the reason I left from GE. Once again big thanks to GE Company for given job 9th years 4th month....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Best thing in GE is culture, leadership team is very good, they are supportive. Some managers are good and supportive, they treating people like a friend, HPT is the best culture in GE.

Some mangers are using their authority in bad way. HR team are not supportive, if you calling to HR , they text you every time, like i am in meeting , i am busy now. i call you back later etc,...

The Food system as usual. And I'm very disagree with the punching system of attendance. ☹️ It sometimes never works. And nobody take the responsibility to give you salary if you missed the punch but you are present on that day.
