1. In GE organization difficult get promotion & growth also zero. 2. Over all total 9 years 3 month I was worked in GE FST level & GE management not give any promotion & last three year increment also not good & Employees through taking expected output activity but GE management not giving any next level (Example I'd like take my name). 3. I was worked under two CSM hand but both are not supporting good manner. Last three I asked diff location but CSM response is very poor. 4. GE company is good but CSM Manager not good. They are giving other sites FST there performance also very wrest and attitude not good and there giving employees sleeping on the turbines & Spare parts also damaged and those are concern reported but no one take action. That is the reason I left from GE. Once again big thanks to GE Company for given job 9th years 4th month....Read More
