Work life balance is good as there is option for work from home and flexible working hours. Usually weekends are completely off.

Number of people in leadership or management is more than actual developers. Toxic workplace environment as only favourites and selected for better opportunities and that too discreetly. No trust between management and employees too much micromanagement. Frauds and imposters make their way up very soon. Very disappointing. Very bad compensation compared to market. as they are among top 3 healthcare provider, they have dedicated customer base. some unit like MR, CT has better culture as they bring more revenue than units like XRay and Mammo where the work culture is pretty bad.

Contractors are treated like horses and same attitude is shown towards employees also. work pressure and bad professionalism like shouting on team members. micro management too
