Autonomy if you get a good manager. lot of complex tool with vast data, lot of opportunities to solve data problem differenly aws cloud exposure. lot technical trainings like GIDS, AWS. Transparency from leadership Flexibility to WFH beautiful green JFWTC campus yoy 10% hike and bonus as promised.

Dislikes

Technical competency. in a team 10% to 20% ge staff rest vendor-partner. top-management lacks technical leadership. lot of un necessary processes and tools. overwhelming management hierarchy, need to improvise on securing good software engineers.
