Leadership is very good. All the people in the top management are from reputed organizations. They brought with them good culture, which prevails throughout the company. They listen to the problem of the employees and works towards it to find solutions. You can balance your work and life. Lots of learning possibilities. People around are very friendly. Freshers are hired and trained.
