Good company to work with. Good increments. Managers are flexible. Offers a hybrid option.

Dislikes

Wish the location was closer to Hinjewadi but the hybrid/work-from-home allows me to work from home 3 days a week.

Despite being a small scale IT company it follows certain coding standards.

Dislikes

We have to follow manager's each and every word and complete the given task.....This type of culture acccording to me will not bring best in you.

Work Details

Hectic at start but as you come know about the expectations of the seniors and you pick up the pace of the work then it is not that hectic.(After all every job is desirable OR undesirable based how you deal with it)

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
