Teammates are the positive thing here including the Manager will be supportive & will offer u help in any situaton during the job, work will be a little bit hard in the begining, but it is not hard as we think, keeping it simple & obderving will do the trick

Higher authority Management is sometimes a failure, sometimes things are done without proper planning

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
