Transfer policy is not good . Every 2-3 years we got the transfer to another city which causes our family life getting disturbed

As a Distribution Manager my work is very much exciting and challenging. I have to manage whole Gujrat distribution from STC. I am responsible for direct pickup from customer place.Vendor management / Cost / Cooling / DEPS is also important KPI.
