They accept basically everyone who has basic english skills and no work experience, so this is a good option if one wants to learn the very basics of the field they chose.

Dislikes

Interns are managing other interns so this environment is very highly unprofessional, also the job post was misleading, the training was very basic and the "managers" are just other clueless interns who just want to look important. You just need common sense to do this internship, no education or prior experience required.

I like the feedback the managers, ASL and SL give me about my job performance. Otherwise, I like that I'll receive three certificates when I'll finish my internship.

Dislikes

The company will give me the certificates in HR Internship only if I hire fifteen candidates before I finish my internship. That goal is difficult to carry out. Also, I'm disappointed and start to being demotivated because I don't get any salary and I'm doing a lot of tasks in the internship. One of the most important things is its flexible working hours which I like the most about the company. Additionally, I got promoted as an Assistant team leader within just 2 months of my internship which is one of the best parts of GAO Tek to give appraisal to their interns.

Dislikes

There is nothing to tell which is not correct, but yes interns are working remotely from all around the world within the same team, hence it is difficult sometimes to find common timings for weekly meetings.
