Maybe when implementing changes they don't give you time to add what's new and you want an entire team to start implementing it from one day to the next without making mistakes.

I recently had the pleasure of completing an HR internship, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and support provided by the team. They were always available to answer my questions and offer guidance whenever I needed it. One of the things I appreciated most about this internship was the hands-on experience I gained. I was able to work on real projects and tasks, which gave me a taste of what it's like to work in HR in the real world. I also had the opportunity to observe and participate in various HR processes, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and training. Throughout my internship, I felt valued and respected as a member of the team. Everyone was welcoming and inclusive, and I never felt like an outsider.
