No bonus, no annual gifts, no recognition, people are not respected. Too much biased salary, same job one person gets 5lakh, other gets 15 lakh. No motivation and if ppl speak they will be told to leave the organisation

Initially when I joined I never felt like a BPO environment in 2022. Lately after a year I started feeling like I am working in BPO. GSC should be flexible when it comes to separation policy.

* Management was very supportive. Specially my service delivery manager was standing every time when in need. His name is Kent Correa in compliance department. Working hours are also very flexible

In terms of pay Its little bit less . It should improve by 20%
