No recognitions, appreciation and no promotions at all. They just give us goals on every year and we put all our efforts to meet the goals also make sure to deliver the deliverables on time. But after putting all efforts, stretching ourselves for deliverables and when the appraisal time comes, they said we don't have budget so you will not get any hike and promotion. Favorism is the next thing which is worse here.
