Office is full of work stations ,no place of recreation or relaxation. Cafeteria and pantry services are not good. Parking issues, four wheeler parkings are allowed only for upper ladder management which shows partiality

The only thing you can expect from this company is a two way cab facility. Nothing else.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Lot of politics, no proper growth, salary wise it's really worst. The work they get from employees won't match with what they get paid. Lot of work pressure. You won't be able to balance your professional life with personal. They expect you to work on weekends too due to more target.

highly unprofessional set of bussiness and completely in-human behavior they hold. Im writing this post not as an employee but was about to be 1 such. My interview process began when the company recruiter find it impressive and reached out for scheduling the interview. I got selected post appearing. she scheduled another round, for which i took complete day off from my work and then just before an hour calls me up stating that the panel had and emergency and is on a 2-day leave. Otherthan work from home, everything is terrible. Company tries to pretend it's global where it's toxic environment. Underpaid is the right word, work is seasonal due to renewals and management have poor plan to manage the resources in off season and movements are common where the survival becomes a question. If no peace and less paid job with WFH needed, then Gallagher is the best!!

The HR department is very slow at processing work. They reject profiles when we refer candidates, but later forward the same profiles to consultancies and hire the candidates through them to avoid giving referal amount to employees

People are there form long time don't teach us everything so that only they are ahead of us everytime, there is always gap between even sdm and other analysts, managers are just assigned as the same but without no empathy, eligibility criteria and eq required for the role, all the drama only through email they hardly care for u , I was harassed left right and centre for disclosing my mental health issues. No insurance benefits, hygienic cafeteria too . Everything looks clean and posh only from outside , they make u work on every weekend on both the days and if u stand up for yourself and REQUEST for a break on WEEKEND u will be guilt tripped and manipulated, and from that day resentment and redemption from the manager begins with partiality, targeted harassment, deliberately assigning over time work...Read More
