We can learn some new htings like Client Billing as well as Payroll Managment apart from our regular works alloted to us.But we can satisfy ourselves since the Employer doesn't pay salary on time.For Instance if you have to receive you salary for April 2019. You might receive by May ending or June 1st Week only upon request.

There are no Other Benefits like Insurance Coverage to Employee and No Job security since Employer himself is adament sometimes and fires an employee without any reason.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
