There is lobby in product support.if any body loyal & giving profit at individual effort than company does not recognise & hire new rejected manpower through influence & Management giving promotion Within 3 year time promote as DGM.i an challenge their products knowledge w.r.t business.The person who serve 15 year & recognise by your principal CAT there is no value in organization .Finaly this type of leave the job got .good opportunity with higher post like country head or Regional head. About the working style and support of higher management not supervisor or reporting manager as Supervisor and reporting manager have some ego issues not all are same but few peoples are matching.

There is Nothing Like in GCPL Jhanjra Area. As the top management is totally depends on some ridiculous people whose technical knowledge is basically Zero. The persons who really wants to be successful dont go Gainwell even they offer high salary.
