Worked 7 years in FINOLEX CABLES LTD,Guwahati Branch,always feel colleagues are like a friend/brother, very much helpful each and every person. Regarding training as a commercial officer I din't got any training from external/internal in separete but during my tanour I have given 100% for each and every/small & big activities and learned gradually by doing the jobs. Took up the matter to HO/Location seniors and executed the job on time.So, tough situation came but boldly face and solved the matter.Now I feel proud on me some time when I re-calls it and remind how I did the Job. I didn't understand whether Job security was there or not because I din't threatened/shouted by any body for my job/activities but I did't got promotions/neither a big growth in salary,appraisal was doing by RM( Calcutta) and what he recomend for me I was totally unseen and no special increment I got against of my excellent performance. No travel was allowed for commercials. Politics--- I didn't understand as I was only one Commercial for Guwahati location.By doing day to day job learned a lot and bag my experiences and increased confidence label. Working environment was so good because all colleagues are very friendly and helpful.From my point of view I always thought for companies growth and benefits and it can be possible when we use to execute and respects to our job/responsibilities which I did. It was really innovated me when I able to solve ---The sales tax issues/Excise Dept issues other department's issues/kept ok all satutory issues/ Godown issues/Maintained stock in ok and avoided undo liabilities. As a commercial and single commercial -- No, work-life balance, I mean NIL. I felt precticaly I was the In-charge of location and in paper other Sales person was In-charge.Because all responsibilities were imposed on me and benefits were taken by Sales Persons. After joining I din't got training/Induction/No carrier growth/No satisfactory salary and increment/ appraisal should open and clear for commercial/ PLI deduction for commercial is very deadly it never/shouldn't come on commercial/ No appreciations for good Job.
