About the working style and support of higher management not supervisor or reporting manager as Supervisor and reporting manager have some ego issues not all are same but few peoples are matching.

There is Nothing Like in GCPL Jhanjra Area. As the top management is totally depends on some ridiculous people whose technical knowledge is basically Zero. The persons who really wants to be successful dont go Gainwell even they offer high salary.
