Great place to work with, very good management with friendly colleagues. Company policy too good, company provides RnR after regular intervals. Overall nice experience.

All Saturday's are not given holidays. No work from home facility.

About the working style and support of higher management not supervisor or reporting manager as Supervisor and reporting manager have some ego issues not all are same but few peoples are matching.

There is Nothing Like in GCPL Jhanjra Area. As the top management is totally depends on some ridiculous people whose technical knowledge is basically Zero. The persons who really wants to be successful dont go Gainwell even they offer high salary.

Very Bad Work culture No Spare Managememt No Training Given Simply it is very bad experience.

With growin business , employee friendly policies should also be developed which is missing. Example Earn Leave is capped at a max of 90 days. (15 days / year)
