Everyone in higher position is bad and incompetent Upper management is one big family because everyone is everyone's brother sister wife husband Projects are bad, most get canceled PIP left right center Toxic culture Recently they changed notice period from 1 month to 3 months Started off as complete remote, now they have done 2days a month wfh. Everyday policy changes and it keeps getting worse People of certain community are preferred and promoted here....Read More

Free food makes it easier for people living away from family

Extremely toxic. I couldn't go to sleep in peace thinking next day i have to go to office and deal with those people, the slack notification dingle gives me anxiety. This is not product based company this is a service company for motabhai. They even changed notice period to 90 days. All managers and sde3s are incompetent, have no management skills or experience as these people are just promoted to lead role because they've been in the company for too long or they're upper managements favorite. Work life balance and mental physical wellbeing is a joke here. If you decide to give up sleep and only work 24x7 you will become your managers favorite employee and your example will be given to others saying this is how ideal employee looks like. Sde3s and ems do absolutely nothing, attend three meetings a day and make s*hit ton of money. If you are your managers childhood friend or favorite in general then you can get away with absolutely no work else you will have to work till death to get appraisal....Read More

Only favouritism is there if you are close to Head of Engineering or Co-Founder then you can survive there else they will torcher you like hell.

No transparency 2.Unmatured, Arogant and All time abusive Senior Manager(Hear of Engineering) who use to abuse next level everytime. 3.Flop products like fynd platform, Pixelbin, Frolic, Boltic and Glamar. Noone knows their name's in market. They were about close their shutter in 2018 but cause of Ambaniacquisition they were surviving to till now rest god knows. 4.They can force you to relocate to Mumbai anytime without knowing your current situation. 5. HR does not have any power here.So if you thinking to join Fynd on HR words please do not do that because even they are not sure their job in Fynd. 6.Most important point they change their policies like changing the pamper of 3 months old baby. 7. Retention bonus is the policy that they will give after deducting the tax but when you will leave the fynd you have return that amount with tax....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
