Just salary part which was given on time.

Its not a company like structure, it's just home where the CEO/ owner comes and orders us to work on some projects and keeps on smoking side by side. While there no proper channel of communication with the manager nor the CEO nor anyone just we have to communicate verbally. If something wrong happens they will blame on you coz nothing is written or communicated properly using fixed channels. It's all in all verbal. They don't even have proper infrastructure to accomodate their employees. No parking, the sirji culture exists here unlike other corporate offices. The manager here has zero manners. There is no fixed time for anything here....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
