The company is one of the backbone of the retail industry. Job security is there but career growth is not so much good. Appraisal happens rarely. Most of the time we have to travel on our own cost. Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. I don't get week off frequently, but those weeks off that I'm not getting are often unnoticed. There is no proper schedule for a fresher candidate who is in on job training. There is a very much lack of planning of the administrative team that where do they place an employee. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time's....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
