Take care of the all Employees. All give facilities and all the celebrations are celebrated very well, even the smallest.

Some people have to do double reporting in the store and also to their area manager.Because of which both give different tasks and become lax in completing the task.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
