Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. I don't get week off frequently, but those weeks off that I'm not getting are often unnoticed. There is no proper schedule for a fresher candidate who is in on job training. There is a very much lack of planning of the administrative team that where do they place an employee. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time's....Read More
