The thing I liked about the company is only salary offering

1. HR is just for formality, every decision is taken by only one manager 2. Worst company culture, no work life balance 3. No work flexibility (hybrid) 4. If you want to go for lunch, you will need to ask/inform your team lead 5. Minimum work hours is 9.5 but you will need to work at least 11.5 hours/day 6. As per manager, you have to inform them in prior (1-2 days) before taking sick leave 7. If you're a fresher you'll learn how to deal with difficult situations cause depending on the team there will be a lot of those. honestly some of the managers are smart sellers and you can learn from them but working hours and pressure is crazy. Leaving after completing working hours feels like a crime unless you stay till work is done.

Well, management doesn't care about the employees, they fire people left and right.

I had a lot of expectations from this organisation. Apart from the fact, that I got an experience to work on market research reports, I like nothing about the company. There were bad reviews, ex-FMI employees also gave a negative feedback about the org but I ignore all these factors and joint FMI and I regret my decision.

Dislikes

No work environment and culture. Seniors weren’t that co-operative. Management is the worst aspect of FMI. No value given to employees. Company policies are unrealistic. Appraisal are not done on time,. There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address the issues. No career growth in FMI.
